Latch retracted by motor when power on, released by solenoid when power off.
Provides momentary or continuous latch and push bar retraction.
The device allows free egress at all times.
Motor driving to retract latch/mortise lock latch bolt and deadbolt/top and bottom bolt.

Delayed Egress (DE)
Modular for CMP450 Series
If the touch bar is pressed for more than 2 seconds, the alert is triggered.
After a delay of 1 to 15 seconds (based on settings), the alarm stops and the door can be opened.
